8. Shipping & Delivery
We take reasonable care to package artwork securely before dispatch.
We offer shipping across India. International shipping may also be arranged upon request, subject to destination, shipping availability, applicable charges, and customs requirements.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, artwork size, packaging requirements, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Gallery of Canvas Art will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

9. Damaged Artwork
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
You may be required to provide the following information:
- Order details.
- Photographs of the outer packaging.
- Photographs of the inner packaging.
- Clear photographs of the damaged artwork.
- A description of the damage.
- Any other information reasonably requested by us.
We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
